You know those nagging symptoms you’ve been battling with for years? You’ve tried everything to feel better but nothing works. Why?

You might actually have a bad combination of nutritional deficiencies and what Ben Lynch calls “Dirty Genes.” If you’ve got a mutation on certain genes and mix that with a certain diet or lifestyle, you will feel “off” without even knowing why.

That’s why you need personalised naturopathy.

See how it can help you

  • Do you wake up tired? Do you lack energy and motivation throughout the day, despite the 20 espresso shots? Don’t let the doctor convince you that you have “untreatable” chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). I provide diagnostic testing to find deficiencies and see how your diet and lifestyle need to be changed so that your cells can produce energy optimally and bring back that spark in your life! CFS is treatable and you can recover.

  • Newly pregnant or planning to have a baby? Congratulations! Such an exciting and beautiful time lies ahead, and you of course want to be in tip-top shape, both for you and your baby. Focusing on the right nutrients and lifestyle can significantly improve both

the health of your pregnancy and the development of the child.

  • Feeling bloated, gassy, or constipated after eating? It's all horrible and NOT normal!

I’ve had great results restoring clients’ digestive balance and natural rhythms with diet and supplements. With a microbiome test, I can help you gently eliminate the bad bacteria and repopulate the good bacteria, this will resolve your symptoms and improve your skin, mood, and sense of well-being (the gut is our ‘second brain - get it healthy and you’ll see huge improvements to how you feel).

  • Unexplained weight gain or loss? Mood swings? Erectile dysfunction? Acne? PCOS? Night sweats? Hot flashes? Infertility? Gynecomastia? You name it, it’s often hormonal, affecting our hormones in different ways.. With the right tests and an audit of your lifestyle - most problems can be balanced out.

  • Sometimes your immune system gets confused and attacks the body. This can manifest as Lupus, ALS, Rheumatoid arthritis and Hashimoto’s disease. I aim to find the cause. Where possible, I wean patients off pharmaceutical drugs and get them back to their whole, functioning selves. I work alongside other healthcare providers to make sure clients receive proper communication and care.

  • Unhealthy diets and lifestyles cause pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes. I spot the signs of insulin resistance and focus on how clients can manage their way out of the sugar rollercoaster of diabetes. Diagnostic testing is done on every client with suspected diabetes, catching it early!

  • Antidepressants and anxiolytics don't heal. They numb you and mask the problem. If you don’t address the underlying causes, the symptoms will return. Naturopaths are experts at identifying where you can make nutritional, psychological or lifestyle changes to improve your mood and restore your peace and happiness.

  • Modern chemical, radiation and surgical therapies take a huge toll on the body and the need for nutritional and naturopathic support is at its highest at times like these. I work alongside the medical system if clients are being treated for cancer to support their medical procedures and optimise their recovery. Diet and lifestyle often trigger cancer. Nutritional and naturopathic interventions are very important to give the body the best chance of healing and to reduce the likelihood of the cancer’s return.

  • Achieving peak athletic performance requires a nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're a runner, a CrossFit competitor, or balancing a full-time job with athletic training, personalised nutrition is critical. With over 10 years of experience in CrossFit and long-distance running, I am  passionate about helping athletes optimise their performance through customised sports nutrition plans.

  • Struggling with vague symptoms like fatigue, lethargy, and brain fog can be frustrating when conventional medical consultations fail.

That's where naturopathy steps in. We take a comprehensive approach, uncovering underlying problems and all factors contributing to your symptoms. Through naturopathic principles and diagnostics, we identify even the subtlest deficiencies, guiding you back to vitality and boundless energy.

  • Dirty air, pesticides and heavy metals are all toxic pollutants we all encounter knowingly or not.

Vaccines that are supposed to help us heal, may contain neurotoxic elements like mercury or aluminium. The neurotoxins can accumulate in our tissues, bones, and nervous system, leading to conditions like Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease.

The COVID-19 vaccines have oddities that warrant consideration. While long-term effects remain uncertain, reports suggest a rise in adverse events, including myocarditis, compared to traditional vaccines.

Detoxification can be challenging. I will tailor a detox plan for you, gradually releasing toxins to avoid overwhelming your system. This service is particularly vital for those with genetic predispositions to neurological disorders, safeguarding both your body and long-term health.

What to expect from your one-to-one consultation.

To help you get your health back on track, I need as much information from you as possible. Before the initial consultation, you'll receive a food diary, a questionnaire, and my terms of business. Please complete and return these to me at least 24 hours before our consultation.

During the consultation, I'll ask further questions to expand on your provided information, allowing me to create a tailored therapy plan. I may use naturopathic tools and, if necessary, recommend lab tests for deeper insights into your health.

My goal is to identify the root causes and triggers of your illness, moving beyond merely addressing symptoms to truly resolving underlying issues.

You will get:

  • A personalised supplement regimen tailored to your DNA and health goals.

  • Analysis of any blood work diagnostics to identify potential issues early.

  • A nutrition plan with information on the right foods for you.

  • Lifestyle recommendations and actionable steps.

  • Handouts with tailored information, saving you time on research.

  • References for further reading.

All consultations are conducted online via Zoom.
