Individual luxury bell tents each furnished simply and comfortably.
Nourishment:
Clean, balanced and natural foods chosen for deep nutrition, cleansing and replenishment. Three organic vegetable juice fast days with nourishing evening soup for detoxification. Skin brushing rituals, reiki and one massage each is included. Optional paid extra massages are available. Food grown locally at the centre or the local farming community and where possible, all organic and freshly created on site.

Yoga & Meditation
Every morning a yoga workshop with a certified instructor to connect and ground you.
Every evening a guided deep relaxation meditation prior to restful sleep, breathing in oxygenated woodland air.
Workshops:
Each full day will bring a new and interesting workshop offering inspirational nourishment for your mind and sparking your interest. Themes around nature, natural lifestyle, self development and creativity, some of which may be eligible for self-registered CPD.
Daily Walk:
In the local area are woods to explore, each day we take an optional walk together.
Each participant will be able to provide their own marketing material prior to the retreat and this will be included in a welcome pack which will be given to all participants.
Extras:
Massages are available as a paid extra option, details will be provided.
If you would like to have your DNA profiled then a private interpretation with an expert Nutrigenomics Specialist is available.
Cost:
