Sometimes, the world works in mysterious ways. When I discovered Amanda, it felt like finding a pearl in an oyster. I was desperately searching for someone to guide me through the complexities of supplementation and nutrition during my cancer treatment. The conventional approach had taken a toll, leaving me with ulcerative colitis and a prolonged hospital stay. Amanda intuitively understood how to support my body's healing journey. She crafted a personalised protocol of supplements and a nutrition plan that worked in synergy. I felt myself growing stronger each day. In less than a year from my diagnosis, I received the miraculous news: I was cancer-free. Amanda's unwavering support was instrumental in my recovery. She's knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient, always there when I needed her. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking guidance on their health journey. Her work is truly life-saving. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Amanda.❤️

Methylation tests are gaining such popularity, it's hard to know where to start! After many evenings of research I found Amanda King and thank goodness I did :-) Her live online feedback on my methylation report was worth every single penny- it's been so illuminating! Amanda is knowledgeable, brimming with genuine care and makes the science both fun and easy to understand- never could I have imagined having worthwhile conversations about my 'Warrior Gene', potential origins for my anxieties or why even with my dedication to working out and eating 'right', I struggle to gain and maintain muscle. Amanda is the real deal- easily contactable, always available and free of judgement. I cannot endorse her enough! If you're ready to supercharge your understanding of your body, this is the lady to have in your corner. Good luck change maker :-)

“The Nutrigenomics reports were an absolute game changer and the best investment in your health that you could ever make. Amanda broke down the complex results into understandable layman terms to create a nutrition and supplement programme personalized to my needs. I highly recommend Amanda to anyone who is fed up putting on sticking plasters covering a problem and want to get to the core of the issues. You will be rewarded the feeling of true well being and being the best you that you can be..”

“I went to Amanda with a broken bone and also dandruff which I had my whole life. Amanda set me a very specific protocol, which I followed closely and I have been astonished by the results. For the first time in my life I no longer have dandruff. In addition to that, my physiotherapist has told me that he is delighted with the recovery of my broken bone and I am much further along in my healing than he would ever have expected. I highly recommend Amanda, working with her has far exceeded my expectations.”

"I ordered five DNA tests for my wife including the methylation test following watching Gary Brecka online. Mainly to help her with her type two diabetes. The Methylation test in particular really helped us to see how to adjust her diet and Amanda recommended supplements that meant she has now been able to come off her medication since her blood sugar is now stable. Amanda is amazing and really knows her stuff, I have now ordered my own tests and await the results."

“I was fortunate enough to have appointments with Amanda. Amanda was very professional and easy to talk to, she took a full and detailed history and we chose a couple of areas to focus on. I promised to challenge Amanda, I have multiple conditions and she exceeded my expectations for treatment. We agreed on a gentle course of action, one that is easy for me to implement and I have had positive results from this, including being able to lower my medication dosages that I’d felt stuck on for a number of years. I would definitely consider working with Amanda again in the future and highly recommend her. Her knowledge and passion for helping others is clear in her treatment.”

“Amanda’s nutrition program changed my life. I suffered with terrible wheezing for years and although she really didn’t know why it had started, my Doctor had diagnosed me with adult asthma. I didn’t want to use an inhaler for the rest of my life and I really wanted to avoid steroids as I know they are really bad for your health. When I started working with Amanda, she was so thorough. We went through my health history and no stone was left unturned. Finally I felt somebody was listening to me. Amanda referred me for blood testing and allergy tests to make a plan for me to follow. I made some changes in my home, my diet and even the cleaning products I was using. Amanda was professional and I felt supported the whole time. Her knowledge is amazing and I don’t hesitate to recommend her.“

"I originally went to Amanda with concerns of bloating. After reviewing my diet, vitamins and mineral input. I was very surprised with my vit D level being low as I love the sunshine and take a regular supplement. A few months down the line, no more bloating, constipation settling, and no risk of clearing rooms very quickly. I have also lost over a stone and a half in weight and I feel better than I have in years."

"I contacted Amanda to address a number of different health issues. Her knowledge is exceptional. She recommended a diet that was easy to follow and that took into account my preferences. The gene reports were well worthwhile to accompany this. Amanda manages to digest the information and deliver it into easy to understand bite sized chunks. I would highly recommend her for those who want to improve their health and wellbeing."

I had had a report done a few years previously and a quick consult with a therapist then but unfortunately it was rushed and I didn’t fully understand my results. After my consult with Amanda, not only did I understand my report but felt confident on a way forward because Amanda explained the result clearly, concisely and thoroughly. I can highly recommend Amanda for all of your health needs and questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a knack of relaying what can be complicated information into everyday language injecting some humour along the way. What seemed scary and mind-boggling is longer that, and am happy to go back to Amanda for future help.

I have been so reassured by Amanda's approach from the start; right from the outset when she advised me I didn't need to obtain "permission" from my NHS consultant to start her intervention, she would just tell them what she was doing, I felt in very safe hands. Amanda has sound, scientific knowledge, it's not just cobbled together from a couple of text books, or years of doing the same thing. There's passion and real determination to make positive changes which has been transformative for me, personally. Amanda has really helped me get to grips with the health I've neglected for so many years, but pretended to myself I was ok: I wasn't overweight, I didn't drink alcohol, but I was sugar addicted and struggling with it. She's plugged the gaps in my knowledge and helped me look at my life differently. I was stuck in a rut and ricocheted from one food/supplement fad to another, I wasn't seeing the bigger picture at all. Amanda has changed that for me; I now have the knowledge and clarity to know what good health looks and feels like.

I cannot express how much I wish everyone could experience Amanda’s talent and brillance in her nutritional and epigenetic health business. It’s truly a business that strives to bring you back to a state of physical and mental balance. It’s eye opening to get down to your gene expression and equally astonishing how her advice can propel you to a better state of health. I highly recommend her services.

I purchased my DNA reports through Amanda as part of a nutritional therapy consultation to help me with long term digestion issues and worries about health problems including heart disease and cancer. I have had the results and they are nothing short of mind blowing. The depth and detail of the feedback from the reports leaves no stone unturned and Amanda was professional, precise and I can't emphasise enough how knowledgeable she is on this subject. I now no longer have any problems with digestion, I have changed my diet to heart healthy and Amanda identified a depression risk which means for the first time in my life I feel understood. The herbs she prescribed have lifted my mood and I can honestly say, I am not depressed any more. I highly recommend that anyone who wants an expert in nutrition and DNA reports contact Amanda.

I got to meet Amanda, who is an amazing healthcare professional! She's got all the expertise, patience, and empathy you could ask for. When I talked to her about my health concerns, she really listened and understood what I needed. Amanda provided personalised, holistic care that was tailored just to my own issues which centred around digestion and skin problems. These are now much improved and my skin is actually clear. I was really impressed by how much she knows about health and wellness, and how passionate she was about finding the root cause of my problems.

My Story
Even as a little girl, I found the connection between our bodies and the environment fascinating. I spent long summer days in the woods with my father collecting plants and mushrooms, and learning how they are used for healing. I always wanted to cure people. But the older I got the more I realised that doctors who were supposed to be healers, were actually drug dealers, so I studied psychology, but soon realised it doesn’t deal with the whole being. The human organism is brilliant and complex and needs to be treated as such. So, I studied Nutrition and then Nutrigenomics* and this led me to Integrative Oncology.
*Nutrigenomics is the relationship between nutrients, diet, and gene expression
It’s pretty amazing to learn that 1 serving of rocket or 2 servings of butter lettuce or 4 servings of celery or beetroot each contain more nitrates than 467 servings of hot dogs (Swarc S, 2008) It’s even more amazing to learn that nitrates and nitrites are beneficial for our cardiovascular and immune systems.
For years we have been told that for a healthy heart, we need to eat a low fat diet with lots of vegetables, whole grains, lean white meat inc. poultry and to avoid red meat and saturated fats at all costs. Saturated fats being butter, lard, beef dripping or tallow, red meat, processed meat, bacon and eggs due to their high cholesterol content.
