Nourishing Food: Constantly tired or struggling with weight management? These could be signs of nutrient deficiencies.
Clean Water & Air: Invisible toxins in our environment damage our health.
Quality Sleep: Restless nights disrupt hormones and lead to various health issues.
Supportive Relationships: Loneliness and stress can destroy our well-being.
Meaning & Purpose: Living a fulfilling life is the secret to living a long life.
Exercise & Movement: Physical activity plays a crucial role in energy levels and overall well-being.
Your health is in your control. Small changes over time have positive long-lasting effects on your mind and body.

Using advanced testing and integrative naturopathic practice, we will help you gain valuable insights into your body's unique needs. Creating a roadmap to create a happier healthier you.
My Story
Even as a little girl, I found the connection between our bodies and the environment fascinating. I spent long summer days in the woods collecting plants and mushrooms, and learning how they are used for healing. I always wanted to cure people. But the older I got the more I realised that doctors who were supposed to be healers, were actually drug dealers, so I studied psychology, but soon realised it doesn’t deal with the whole being. The human organism is brilliant and complex and needs to be treated as such. So, I studied Nutrition and then Nutrigenomics* and this led me to Integrative Oncology.
*Nutrigenomics is the relationship between nutrients, diet, and gene expression
Becoming a Nutritional Therapist. Nutrition is a popular area to study but with rates of diet related illnesses growing at a fast rate, nutrition specialists are needed more than ever and there is plenty of room for more. So I put together some advice that might help you when it comes to making your choices.
